The Screening

What Your Complimentary Screening Includes

A 30 minute, one-on-one session at your gym with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, to asses the body and identify potential issues.

1

Movement & Mobility Assessment

A look at how you move through key lifts and patterns, designed to spot restrictions that can lead to overuse issues as training volume builds.

2

Joint Mobility Check

An evaluation of the joints you rely on most under load, to flag restrictions before they turn into compensations.

3

Strength & Stability Screen

A check of the strength and stability your body relies on to lift and train safely, so imbalances can be addressed early.

This screening is designed to help identify limitations early. It is educational in nature and is not a diagnosis or treatment of any condition — for a full evaluation, our team will always recommend getting evaluated in person.

Why It Matters

Small Issues Don't Stay Small Under Heavy Loads

A minor restriction or imbalance rarely feels like a problem with lighter weight. But as your training volume and intensity build, those small issues compound — and can turn into the kind of setback that costs you weeks in the gym.

Our goal with this screening is to help you catch that early, while it's still easy to address, instead of after it starts interfering with your training.
