Exercise Programming

Get the motivation, accountability, and expert support to help you break through plateaus, return from injury with confidence, and achieve the strength and fitness you’ve always wanted — without guessing, overtraining, or repeating cycles of setbacks.

All programs are designed and overseen by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, combining clinical insight with intelligent training principles to keep you progressing safely and consistently.

Training Designed Specifically for You

Unlike templated fitness programs, exercise programming at OPTC is:

  • Individualized

  • Movement-informed

  • Progression-based

  • Adaptable to real life

Your program is built around how you move, your injury history, your current capacity, and your goals — whether that’s returning to exercise after rehab, building strength, or improving long-term fitness.

24/7 Access to Your Coach

Support doesn’t stop when your workout ends.

All clients receive ongoing 24/7 access to their coach, allowing for:

  • Questions between sessions

  • Program adjustments as needed

  • Accountability and encouragement

  • Guidance through setbacks or plateaus

You’re never left guessing whether you’re doing the right thing.

Who Is Exercise Programming For?

Exercise programming at OPTC is ideal for:

  • Individuals returning to training after injury

  • People stuck in recurring pain or fitness plateaus

  • Active adults who want smarter, safer training

  • Those who value expert oversight and accountability

  • Anyone who wants long-term results without burnout

You do not need to be a current physical therapy patient to participate.

A Natural Next Step After Physical Therapy

Exercise programming is also a perfect fit for OPTC patients who have completed their plan of care and are ready to return to structured exercise — but want direction, accountability, thoughtful design, and safety.

Many patients reach a point where pain has improved or resolved, movement has been restored, and the goal shifts from fixing a problem to building strength, resilience, and confidence.

This service allows you to transition smoothly from rehabilitation into sustainable training by providing:

  • Clear direction on what to do next

  • Accountability to stay consistent

  • Intelligent program design

  • Ongoing coaching and safety

It helps you protect the progress you’ve made and continue moving forward — without guessing, overdoing it, or starting over.

How It Works

1. Consultation

You’ll meet with your coach for a 1:1 consultation, either virtually or in person, to discuss:

  • Your goals

  • Training and injury history

  • Expectations for the program

This conversation sets the foundation for intelligent, individualized programming.

2. Assessment

Before training begins, a Functional Movement Screening is completed. This allows your coach to:

  • Understand how you move

  • Identify strengths and limitations

  • Recognize compensations or restrictions

  • Customize programming appropriately

Training is built around your movement — not forced on top of it.

3. Implementation

All clients receive personalized exercise programming tailored to:

  • Their current fitness level

  • Individual goals

  • Schedule constraints

  • Available equipment

Programs can be adapted for:

  • Home or gym training

  • Limited equipment

  • Travel or changing schedules

4. Execution

Train at your pace with a program that evolves as you do. Check in with your coach for:

  • Ongoing 24/7 support and coach access

  • Adjustments and progression

  • Accountability and guidance

This is where consistency builds — and where real results happen.
