At Osteopractic Physical Therapy of the Carolinas (OPTC), we do things differently—and intentionally. Our model is designed to deliver better outcomes in fewer visits, saving you both time and money, while providing an unmatched level of individualized care.


What Makes OPTC Different?

All Initial Evaluations are 90 minutes, and all subsequent treatment sessions are 60 minutes of private, one-on-one, undivided care with your doctor for the entire session.

  • You are never passed off to aides, assistants, or technicians

  • Every session is tailored specifically to you and your goals

Each treatment session is offered at one flat rate, which includes all treatments performed during that visit. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no upcharges for specific techniques or services.

This model allows us to spend more time with you, deliver higher-quality care, and help you recover faster and more efficiently—an approach that is unmatched by traditional insurance-based clinics.

$199 / 90 minutes

Full Treatment Session
$105 / 60 minutes

* An Initial Evaluation is required for each new condition. This includes a comprehensive assessment as well as some treatment as time permits. All follow-up visits for that condition are scheduled as full treatment sessions.

Insurance

OPTC does not file insurance claims on behalf of patients. This allows us to prioritize patient care—not insurance company restrictions.

If requested, we are happy to provide a detailed invoice containing all the necessary information for you to submit a claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

By eliminating the inefficiency of chasing declining insurance reimbursements, the time, energy, and resources saved are reinvested where they matter most—your care.


Why OPTC Saves You Money (Yes — Even Without Using Insurance)

In traditional insurance-based physical therapy clinics, therapists are often required to treat 2–4 patients per hour, resulting in only 10–15 minutes of one-on-one time per visit. The remainder of your session is typically supervised by assistants or technicians.

At OPTC:

Cancellation Policy: 
Appointments are reserved especially for you. We respectfully ask you to request an appointment change 1 week before the beginning of your appointment to allow time for that appointment to be filled by another patient. In the event that you do need to cancel or change a scheduled appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged the full cost of the treatment session.

*Appointments booked online require prepayment and are non-refundable or transferrable.
